Last updated: 2026-10-12. This page explains the minimal data ByteKit handles and how advertising works on this site.
ByteKit's tools run entirely in your browser. The text, tokens, IP addresses, passwords, and other inputs you type are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not operate user accounts, so we do not store the personal information you enter into the tools.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard server data (such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, and access time) for security and aggregate analytics. This data is not used to identify you personally.
This site uses Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
Google uses a DART cookie to serve ads. You can opt out of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies used for interest-based advertising via the Network Advertising Initiative and YourAdChoices.
Server logs are used only for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics. We do not sell or share personal data. Advertising cookies are controlled by Google and governed by its own privacy policy.
ByteKit is a technical tool site intended for developers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
